2003 Viking 50 Open

This 2003 Viking 50 Open is a purposeful sportfish design built on a fiberglass hull and powered by twin MAN diesel engines producing 2,100 horsepower. The yacht reaches speeds up to 36 knots and cruises at 6 knots, with trim tabs for enhanced handling and stability.

The 50-footer spans 16 feet 4 inches in beam and features a 140 square-foot cockpit designed for serious fishing. The space is equipped with hydraulic outriggers, a custom tackle center, an Eskimo ice machine, two deck fish boxes, and a large live well. A substantial tower overlooks the working deck, and a tuna door provides access to the water.

Below, two cabins and two heads provide accommodation for cruising. The boat combines the operational efficiency of a dedicated fishing platform with the comfort needed for extended time aboard.
