2004 Cabo 40 Express

This 2004 Cabo 40 Express is powered by twin Caterpillar C-12 diesel engines rated at 1,400 horsepower combined. Built on a solid fiberglass hull with a beam of nearly 16 feet, the boat measures 40 feet in length and offers the proven platform of the Cabo 40 design.

The yacht has been extensively upgraded and outfitted with modern systems throughout. Recent additions include a Seakeeper SK6 stabilization gyro, a 1,000-gallon-per-day watermaker, ice machine, and Starlink connectivity. Navigation electronics comprise dual Furuno 15-inch touchscreen displays, GPS plotter, sounder with CHIRP technology, and 96-mile radar, complemented by a Simrad autopilot. A FLIR night vision system provides enhanced visibility.

Onboard amenities and safety features include a Revere 8-man offshore liferaft, helm air conditioning, bow thruster with wireless remote control, and a custom aluminum diving platform with removable ladder. A four-sided enclosure provides weather protection, and the tackle center features custom mezzanine-style cushioning. The sanitation system has been fully updated. These upgrades and equipment additions span primarily 2021 to 2024.
