2004 Hanse 312
About This Yacht
This 2004 Hanse 312 is a 31-foot fiberglass sloop built for coastal cruising and day sailing. Powered by an 18 hp Yanmar diesel engine, the yacht combines manageable size with solid seaworthiness. The 10.5-foot beam provides stability and interior volume across the shallow draft design.
The current owner has invested substantially in systems and rigging upgrades through 2024. Standing rigging has been completely replaced, with new halyards fitted for both headsail and mainsail. New guard rail and sprayhood enhance safety and comfort on deck. The keel and rudder have been grit-blasted, sanded, and faired.
Navigation and communication systems are modern: a B&G Triton MFD with Airmar DST 810 speed and depth transducer, B&G WS 310 wireless masthead wind sensor, and B&G VHF V60B radio with AIS. All skin fittings have been replaced with Tru Design composite seacocks.
The yacht features one head and accommodations typical of the 312 design, configured for cruising efficiency. A mainsail stack pack is fitted. The yacht is ready for the sailing season.
