2004 Hatteras 60 Convertible

This 2004 Hatteras 60 Convertible is built on a fiberglass hull and powered by twin Caterpillar C-30 diesel engines delivering 1,550 horsepower each. The boat runs on its original engines, which have accumulated approximately 1,570 hours and receive regular maintenance. The beam spans 17.33 feet, providing solid stability and interior volume.

The accommodations include three cabins and three heads, offering comfortable overnight quarters for extended cruising. The salon features reupholstered couches and new carpet with runners. Interior climate control includes recently updated air conditioning units in the salon and master cabin.

Recent mechanical work has been substantial. In 2023, both aftercoolers were replaced along with new air conditioning systems and additional Garmin navigation displays with radar. A new autopilot pump, steering pump seals, and engine heat exchanger seals were installed in 2024. The boat received a full hull repaint in 2020 and a fresh bottom paint in spring 2025, along with new PropSpeed, zincs, and a ceramic coating. Additional upgrades include new Garmin electronics, VHF radios, underwater lights, and a security system. A survey was completed in April 2025, and the heat exchangers were cleaned in September 2025.
