This 45-foot steel houseboat barge was built in 2004 and measures 12.8 feet across the beam. The single bedroom layout includes a double berth with lift-up storage in the bow on the starboard side, a full walk-in wardrobe to port, and an open-plan saloon adjoining the galley. The WC and shower room sit adjacent to the aft entry doors.
The galley is fitted with a full-size gas cooker, four-burner hob, grill, 240-volt refrigerator, sink with drainer, and multiple storage lockers and cupboards. Fresh water comes from two large tanks fed through a pressurized system serving the galley and facilities. Heating is provided by a wood burner that warms the entire space, and hot water is supplied by a gas Marco 2 boiler. Shore power 240-volt sockets are distributed throughout.
The boat holds a current Boat Safety Certificate valid until 2028. A recent 2025 out-of-water survey has been completed. The exterior paintwork requires attention.
