2004 Meridian 459 Motoryacht

The 2004 Meridian 459 is a 45-foot fiberglass motoryacht powered by twin Cummins 6BTA diesel engines rated at 370 horsepower each. Built around a design that prioritizes both comfort and accessible outdoor space, she carries a Sidepower bow and stern thruster setup, trim tabs, and twin Racor fuel-water separators. A Northern Lights 9 kW generator in a sound box supports the onboard systems, while a Freedom 2000-watt inverter and Charles battery charger round out the electrical package. Navigation is handled by Raymarine electronics including an RL 80C color plotter, radar, and an ST6001 autopilot, supported by a Northstar VHF radio and ST40 depth sounder. A Lewmar electric windlass and central vacuum system are fitted throughout.

Below decks, the 459 arranges two staterooms and two heads. The forward guest cabin features a centerline island queen with storage underneath, two hanging lockers, and private access to its own head with a stall shower and Vacu-Flush toilet. The full-beam aft master suite commands the width of the yacht, with an island queen, cedar-lined hanging lockers, an enclosed shower stall, separate head closet, vanity with molded sink, and sliding glass doors opening directly to the cockpit.

The galley includes a dual-voltage refrigerator-freezer, three-burner electric stovetop, convection microwave, stainless steel sink with cover, cherry cabinetry with carousel storage, and under-floor storage. The main salon opens broadly with tiered windows, crescent dinette-sofa, and portable coffee table. Topside, a large self-bailing aft cockpit connects to a full-beam aft deck fitted with a wet bar, refrigerator, and molded seating. The flybridge sits above, accessed by molded steps, with a centerline helm, barrel captain's chair, L-shaped starboard settee with storage, and forward-facing companion seat. SeaDek covers the aft deck, cockpit, and bridge throughout. The boat comes with a Sidepower stern thruster, full canvas bridge enclosure, a Boston Whaler tender on davit crane, and Raymarine electronics suite including depth sounder and remote spotlight.
