This 2004 Pro-Line 22 Walkaround is a 23-foot fiberglass cuddy cabin built for multipurpose recreation—skiing, fishing, diving, and camping. Powered by a single Mercury 225 horsepower engine with under 400 hours, the boat reaches 40 mph and cruises at 25 mph. The hull is solid fiberglass with a stainless steel pulpit, anchor pulley, railings, and fittings. Plastic through-hull fittings have been replaced with stainless steel throughout. An aluminum-frame hard top with remote cockpit controls provides weather protection and features a mounted spotlight and wired radio box containing a marine radio, FM/AM CD player, and loudspeaker.
The boat is equipped for serious fishing and diving. Navigation and sonar electronics include a Garmin GPSMAP 742xs chart plotter paired with a Garmin GCV20 Ultra High Definition scanning sonar system and GT34UHD-TM transducer, delivering side-scan sonar imaging for dive sites and fishing locations. Eight rod holders—four on the hard top and four in the gunnels—serve anglers. Bilateral dive platforms feature 3-rung folding ladders and hand grips for boarding in dive gear. A 90-gallon fuel tank supports extended outings, while a 15-gallon freshwater rinse system with shower nozzle, live well raw water system, and bilge pump complete the freshwater infrastructure.
The cabin and cockpit accommodate crew comfortably. The cabin includes an opening hatch skylight, bilateral fixed windows, hanging storage nets, a light, and original well-maintained cushions. A portable flushing camp toilet is provided. The cockpit features original seat pads, full closure weather curtains, and hidden scuba tank racks behind knee pads—capacity for eight tanks total. All cockpit gauges function, including tachometer. Twelve-volt heating connectors warm the cabin and cockpit. Hydraulic SeaStar steering with recent seal replacement ensures responsive control.
The boat includes a 1998 trailer with new bunks, axles, tires, lights, wiring, and braking system installed within the past five years. Safety gear, dive equipment, skis, tube, and a tool kit are included.
