The 2004 Regal Commodore 2665 is a 29-foot fiberglass express cruiser powered by a repowered MerCruiser 2.7L 260 HP stern drive with a Volvo dual-prop outdrive. The engine was installed in 2014 and rebuilt in 2023 with new manifolds and risers. It has approximately 450 hours on the current powerplant and has been lift-stored or boatel-stored throughout its life with regular flushing and professional maintenance.
The cabin sleeps up to six and includes a full galley with electric range and dual-voltage refrigerator, a vacuum flush head with holding tank, air conditioning and heating, and an inverter/battery charger. A 5kW generator provides onboard power. The boat also features a freshwater system and television and stereo system.
The cockpit is outfitted with a full camper enclosure, bimini top, and cockpit cover. Navigation and safety equipment include a GPS/chartplotter, depth sounder, VHF radio, windlass anchor system, and automatic fire suppression system. An extended swim platform is included.
Recent work completed includes an engine rebuild and new manifolds and risers in 2023, new batteries in 2025, new power steering pump and steering cylinder in 2025, new fuel line and serpentine belt in 2026, impeller replacement last year, and a full recent inspection. The boat was professionally detailed, compounded, and waxed.
