The Regal Commodore 2860 is a 31-foot fiberglass cruiser built around the FastTrac hull, which delivers responsive handling and efficient fuel consumption across a range of conditions. Power comes from a single engine, and the boat responds with stability and control even in rougher waters. The cockpit centers on a double-wide helm seat with pop-up leaning bolster, wood steering wheel, and a suite of instruments including compass and depth sounder. A walk-through transom door opens to the aft deck, where a U-shaped seating area with removable aft seat provides lounging space beside a refreshment center fitted with sink and storage.

The cabin layout prioritizes comfort and usable space. A large forward berth with privacy curtain anchors the sleeping area, while the dinette offers a generous dinette across from galley and cabin. Storage is threaded throughout: hanging lockers in both cabin and aft area, overhead locker, and substantial under-galley space where the refrigerator-freezer sits below the forward berth. The galley itself is fully equipped with electric stove, microwave, stainless steel sink, and Corian countertop. A single head serves the interior.
