This 2004 Regulator 23 center console is a capable sportfish platform built on a custom green Awlgrip fiberglass hull. The boat has been lightly used, with only 340 hours logged since its 2006 Yamaha 250-horsepower four-stroke engine was installed. The engine remains clean and well-maintained. Indoor winter storage throughout most of the boat's life has helped preserve the hull, vinyl, stainless steel, and aluminum components.
The open layout centers on a removable custom forward seating arrangement built by a professional boat outfitter. A live in-floor baitwell and fish box with macerator pump support serious fishing, along with a raw water washdown system. The helm features an Edson wheel, trim tabs, and an ICOM VHF radio paired with a 2016 Garmin 7610 XSV touchscreen display and 24HD radar.
Dual batteries were installed new in 2024. The boat comes with four color-matched fleece-covered fenders, a swim ladder, and safety equipment. A green Yeti cooler is also included.
