The 2004 Rinker Fiesta Vee 342 is a 37-foot fiberglass cruiser built for entertaining and extended cruising. Twin MerCruiser 300 HP stern drives power the boat, with 920 hours on the engines. A 5KW generator, also with 920 hours, supports the onboard systems. The deck layout is well suited to socializing, with an extended transom that accommodates dinghy transport.
The accommodations center on comfort and convenience. The galley includes a two-burner cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator. A hot water system serves the galley and a hot/cold cockpit shower. The head is a Vac-Flush model. Climate control is provided by both air conditioning and heating. The cockpit features a wet bar with refrigerator, icemaker, and blender.
Navigation and entertainment systems include Garmin GPS and chartplotter, Raytheon radar, VHF radio, and a Fusion stereo with remote at the helm. A remote spotlight, compass, windless anchor system, and engine room fire suppression round out the equipment. The boat carries a camper canvas for weather protection.
The Fiesta Vee 342 has undergone a series of updates in recent years. New vinyl seating was installed in the cockpit in 2024, along with a replacement microwave and new galley lighting. A Sea Deck was added to the transom in 2023, and the helm switches were replaced the same year. Bottom paint was applied in 2025. Other improvements include LED navigation and galley lighting, upgraded chartplotter, replaced cockpit and galley carpeting with plastic teak, stainless steel anchor, and new windshield wipers.
