2004 Riviera 40 Flybridge

This 2004 Riviera 40 Flybridge is a dual-purpose yacht built for both relaxed cruising and serious fishing. Twin Caterpillar 3126B engines produce 450 horsepower each, with approximately 2,204 hours logged as of November 2025. A major 1,000-hour service was completed on both engines and the generator in 2024. The fiberglass hull features a deep-V design for a clean, dry ride, and the beam measures nearly 15 feet.

The cabin layout includes two staterooms and one head, with a full galley, roomy dinette, and salon entertainment setup featuring television and upgraded audio. The interior benefits from LED lighting throughout and includes a dishwasher and washer/dryer for extended cruising comfort. A hardtop with recent full enclosure—new Strataglass sides and forward acrylic—protects the helm station.

The helm received a 2025 update with triple Garmin glass displays (8610/8612/8616), radar, sounder, AIS, and autopilot; engine data integrates via NMEA 2000. A new Muir windlass was installed in 2025 to simplify anchoring. The fishing platform includes a livewell, in-deck fish box, rigging station, tackle storage, cockpit freezer, washdowns, outriggers, and a varnished rocket launcher. Lumitec underwater lights in blue and white complete the setup. The boat carries thoughtful spare parts aboard.
