2004 Roger Hill 9.5M

This Roger Hill 31' catamaran is a fast, stable planing hull built in New Zealand with an epoxy-laminated corecell construction. Twin Mercury Verado 225hp engines deliver efficient cruising between 24–30 knots at 18–20 gallons per hour, with a top speed of 38 knots wide open throttle. The engines have accumulated close to 800 hours.

The cabin layout accommodates 4–6 sleeping berths: a forward master stateroom with queen-size bed, a full-size berth below the salon settee, and a salon table that lowers to form an additional sleeping surface. The pilothouse and cockpit seating comfortably fit up to 10 passengers plus helm operator. An electric hatch and rear polycarbonate enclosures allow flexible ventilation or full weather protection.

Power and comfort systems include a networked Victron inverter, 7 solar panels mounted on the hardtop, and 10.2 kilowatt-hour lithium battery bank supporting air-conditioning and overnight cruising. The galley features dual refrigerator-freezers, an LPG instant-on water heater, and LPG stovetop cooking with additional storage drawers. A wet head with electric toilet, holding tank, hot and cold shower, and wash basin completes the accommodation.

The helm was recently renovated with dual Simrad multifunction displays, fixed VHF radio, Fusion stereo, JBL amplifier and speakers, redundant battery monitors, and a wireless phone charger. The helm station offers clear forward visibility and straightforward controls for navigation and vessel operation.
