This 2004 SeaVee 290B is a 29-foot center console built on a fiberglass, wood-free hull and powered by a single 370 hp Cummins 5.9L inboard diesel. The boat underwent comprehensive rebuilding in 2015, including engine rebuild by Mendol Marine, new transmission, and upgraded running gear stepped up from 1½" to 1¾". New propeller, rudder, oversized trim tabs, stainless steel keel guard, and Isoflex motor mounts were installed during the refit.
The hull structure includes two 75-gallon fuel tanks, 24" Freeman watertight hatches, and a redesigned console with Lenco rams for access. Ventilation is handled by Dometic fans and mist eliminators. The turbo steering ram and exhaust riser were recently replaced.
Electronics consist of a Simrad NSE 12" multifunction display with BSM-2 module and 3kW chirp transducer pocket-mounted in the hull, Icom VHF, and a Fusion head unit paired with JL Audio amplifier, four speakers, and subwoofer. Lighting includes two Durabright spreader lights and two Lumitec fixtures.
For fishing and utility, the boat is equipped with a 3700 GPH washdown system, removable aluminum gin pole, and three electric reel outlets with Hubble plugs wired with 6-gauge cable. An oversized dual-axle All American trailer with 14,000 lb. capacity is included.
