This 75-foot aluminum houseboat combines spacious accommodations with substantial upgrades to its power and electrical systems. The design sleeps up to 20 adults across a master suite with king bed, three queen suites, a queen sofa-sleeper, and additional upper-deck sleeping space. Twin 260-horsepower fuel-injected MerCruiser V8 engines and a 15-kilowatt Westerbeke generator power the boat, with 534 gallons of fuel capacity and 200 gallons of fresh water.
The interior features custom maple cabinetry, full carpeting, tile flooring in galley and baths, central air and heating, plus a complete galley equipped with full-size range, two large refrigerator-freezers with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, and a chest freezer on the front deck. A washer and dryer are included, along with entertainment systems featuring a 32-inch TV in the main salon and 20-inch sets in two suites.
Outdoor living is extensive: a 30-foot canopy with rope lighting spans the upper deck, with a wet bar, jet ski davit, and heavy-duty hoist. The rear deck includes a slippery slide with water pump, and the front deck has a full BBQ grill. A complete swim platform with ladder and boarding ramps complete the water-access features.
Recent upgrades include a fully refreshed upper deck in 2024 and comprehensive electrical improvements in 2025: new wiring throughout, a new inverter with solar charging system, and LiFePO4 lithium batteries. The twin engines have approximately 3,400 hours each; the generator runs strong at roughly 3,600 hours.
