2004 Tiara Yachts 3800 Open

The 2004 Tiara Yachts 3800 Open is a 38-foot fiberglass sportfish powered by twin Cummins diesel engines producing 960 horsepower combined. The open cockpit spans 147 square feet and incorporates an extra-wide back-to-back helm seat with wet bar and storage, a curved companion lounge with cooler storage and aft-facing seating, a fold-down transom lounge seat, and an ice maker. The teak-appointed interior follows the "Plan B" layout with an open salon design favoring comfort and space over compartmentalization. The cabin features teak cabinetry, a teak-and-holly sole, premium galley appliances, and a concealed salon television.

Engine access is provided by both an upper cockpit drop-down hatch and a lower electric hatch lift. The tilt-away helm provides over 3.5 square feet of additional space for electronics mounting. A Pipewelders hardtop with overhead hatches covers the upper helm area. The boat carries a Fusion sound system with dual-station control, three JL Audio amplifiers, and JL Audio speakers throughout.

Large stowage compartments beneath the cockpit sole accommodate either cruising or fishing gear. An Onan 6-kilowatt diesel generator supplies auxiliary power. A spacious transom door and foldable transom seat complete the cockpit amenities.
