This 2005 Baltic 60 is a carbon composite cruiser-racer designed by Judel/Vrolijk & Co, built with the hallmark engineering quality Baltic is known for. The narrow lines and plumb ends maximize waterline efficiency, and the composite construction delivers light weight and stiffness. A new Yanmar 110 hp diesel engine with SD15 saildrive was installed in 2023, paired with a B&G Hercules Processor 5000 navigation system and fresh B&G instrumentation added in 2024. Deck hardware includes six electric Harken racing winches, Harken traveller and rails, Spinlock stoppers, and Navtec control units—a setup built for short-handed sailing. The recent North Sails wardrobe consists of a 3Di Endurance mainsail, black 3DL jib, gennaker with sock, and storm canvas.
Below deck, the interior layout features a spacious saloon with dinette, an L-shaped galley, and a generous forward owner's cabin with en-suite and separate shower. Two additional cabins and two more heads provide ample accommodation. A Spectra watermaker producing 60 liters per hour, a Whisper 4.4 kW generator, and substantial tank capacity—460 liters fuel and 550 liters water—support extended cruising independence.
A comprehensive refit programme completed in 2023 and 2024 included engine room renewal with fresh foundations and paint, full underwater service with VC Offshore antifouling and saildrive treatment, and rudder removal and servicing. The teak deck was cleaned, caulked, and sanded; the cockpit received a new sprayhood and Sunbrella covers. The mast was painted in 2024, and all running rigging was renewed. Interior soft goods, including dinette and chart table upholstery, were refreshed, and deck safety equipment and accessories were overhauled throughout.
