2005 Beneteau Oceanis Clipper 373

The 2005 Beneteau Oceanis Clipper 373 is a 37-foot fiberglass sailing yacht built around a design that balances volume and performance. The slender hull and deep keel support upwind sailing, directional stability, and balanced helm. A split-level deck layout maximizes headroom while maintaining clean aesthetics, and the cockpit is notably spacious and ergonomic. The steering wheel swivels out of the way to clear the workspace, while a removable helmsman's seat and companionway step provide practical access to the bathing platform.

The yacht accommodates a large rear berth and generous V berth forward, with an exceptionally roomy head featuring a full-size shower stall. Two freshwater tanks hold 55 and 45 gallons. The interior is in excellent condition with no odors, and the air conditioning and heating systems operate well. A sugar scoop platform eases water entry, and a solar panel is mounted above the stainless steel dinghy davits.

The standing rigging was professionally tuned in 2021 and remains in excellent condition. Running rigging has been replaced as needed over recent years—jib sheets are approximately six to seven years old, while the traveler, halyards, and other lines were renewed within the last two years. All running rigging is in good operational condition. The sails are in excellent condition, with a sacrificial UV cover replaced on the jib two years ago. The single Yanmar diesel engine is in excellent condition with low hours. The engine oil was last changed in July 2025. Bottom maintenance is performed regularly by a professional dive and detail service including zinc treatments; bottom paint is reported in fair condition but has not been repainted in several years. The Raymarine electronics, though dated, operate well. A logbook documents all maintenance performed since 2015.
