The 2005 Bluewater 2850 CC is a 31-foot center console built on a deep Vee fiberglass hull. Powered by a single 600 hp Mercury outboard, it cruises at 35 knots with a top speed of 55 knots, delivering reliable performance across a range of 300 miles.

The boat accommodates up to 10 passengers with comfortable seating throughout the console layout. A single head is included for convenience during time on the water.
