The 240 Outrage combines serious fishing capability with a trailerable hull, built on a fiberglass construction with a wide 8.5-foot beam that accommodates up to a dozen anglers. Powered by a single 300 hp Mercury engine, it brings big-boat features into a manageable 23.75-foot package designed for bluewater work.
The layout prioritizes fishing access and comfort. High interior freeboard and stainless steel toe rails keep anglers secure while working the deck. Rod holders line the gunnels and transom, with under-gunnel rod racks providing additional storage. Port and starboard fishboxes handle the catch, while generous storage spaces accommodate gear throughout the boat. An enclosed head with storage allows extended time on the water without returning to shore.
Access and safety are straightforward. A transom door, integral swim platform with grab rail, and stainless steel swim ladder make boarding and water entry simple. The boat was designed to accept a range of optional configurations, including dual-engine setups and leaning post options, allowing for customization to individual fishing preferences.
