2005 Carver 56 Voyager

This 2005 Carver 56 Voyager is a fiberglass pilothouse cruiser built for extended time on the water. Powered by twin Volvo Penta D12-675 diesel engines producing 675 hp each, the yacht cruises at 20 mph consuming 17.5 gallons per hour, with an efficient 10.6 mph option at 6.4 gph. She carries bow and stern thrusters for maneuvering, a 22kw Kohler generator, and a Garmin chartplotter for navigation.

Below decks, the yacht accommodates three staterooms and two heads. The master suite spans the full beam with a private shower and tub, plus washer and dryer. The forward VIP stateroom features a queen island berth with private access to the day head, and a third stateroom holds two single bunks. The salon features high-end wood and granite finishes, a large couch, and entertainment center with a 30-inch LCD TV. The galley is equipped with a three-burner stove, oven, microwave-convection unit, Jenn-Air refrigerator-freezer drawers from 2022, and double sink. A central vacuum system runs throughout.

The raised pilothouse offers excellent visibility with dual-station controls, while the flybridge upper helm provides an elevated helm station. Topside, the air-conditioned flybridge includes U-shaped seating, wet bar, grill, and lounge area. An aft deck with integrated seating and dining table provides space for outdoor entertaining. Bow sun pads, a hydraulic swim platform with dinghy chocks, and transom door with fresh water washdown complete the exterior.

Recent improvements include a water maker and ice maker installed in 2021–2022, starboard and house batteries replaced in 2025, and a washer added in 2022. The twin diesel engines show 1,200 hours; the generator has 1,971 hours.
