This 73-foot aluminum houseboat features a well-planned layout designed for groups and families. The boat offers four private bedrooms with queen-size beds, a hide-away sofa, and two bathrooms. Multiple air conditioning systems provide strong cooling throughout.

The outdoor spaces are built for entertaining and relaxation. The upper deck includes a built-in barbecue with an island bar, rope lighting, and a mister system. The second story is partially screened and accommodates a dining table for eight. A third-level open sun deck and large slide add recreational options. Interior finishes include teak hardwood flooring throughout.

The galley is functional and well-appointed with a deep freezer, two ice makers, a washer and dryer, and standard dining amenities. The boat is powered by twin 5.7 EFI MerCruiser engines with Bravo II outdrives and a 15kW Westerbeke generator. Fuel capacity includes 600 gallons in the main tank plus an additional tank for personal watercraft. Additional systems include a UV water filtration system and windlass anchoring.
