2005 Diano 24

This 2005 Diano 24 is a 78.67-foot motor yacht with a beam of 20 feet, built by Cantiere Navale Diano. The hull is laminated wood, finished in white and completely repainted in 2024. Power comes from two MAN D2842 diesel engines producing 1,318 horsepower each, with fixed bronze propellers and shaft drive. The boat reaches a maximum speed of 25 knots and cruises at 12 knots, consuming approximately 25 liters per hour per engine. An integrated bow thruster is fitted. Engine hours are recorded at 950, and fuel capacity totals 5,500 liters.

The interior is finished in wood and arranged across five cabins with five heads. The master cabin is positioned amidships. The galley is equipped with an oven, refrigerator, washing machine, and dishwasher. The accommodations include two bunks and three double beds. An HI-FI system provides entertainment. Ten batteries installed in 2022 support the onboard electrical systems, which operate on 12V, 24V, and 220V circuits. An electric and engine-driven water heater, grey and black water tanks, and a generator are included.

Navigation and helm equipment comprises an echo sounder, radar, compass, GPS with integrated chartplotter, and autopilot. Dual helm stations—one inside and one outside—provide control flexibility. A boatswain's chair and hydraulic boarding platform are on deck. Video surveillance in the engine room aids monitoring. RINA certification is valid through September 4, 2024. The hull received antifouling treatment in 2023.
