This 2005 Evans 38 is a fiberglass cruiser built for extended coastal and inland waters. The boat combines comfortable living accommodations with a functional fishing platform and entertainment spaces, all manageable by a single operator. A Cummins QSC8.3 diesel produces 540 horsepower, paired with a rebuilt transmission and new motor mounts.

The layout centers on a spacious, air-conditioned wheelhouse with galley, ample seating, and helm, complemented by a functional cockpit suitable for fishing, entertaining, or relaxing. A single cabin and head provide overnight sleeping and hygiene facilities. The boat includes a rear steering station for versatile maneuvering and a windlass for ground tackle handling.

Recent work includes new exterior paint on the hull and topsides, new propeller, replaced turbo, serviced and cleaned after coolers, and overhauled motor mounts. A 2023 Onan generator (approximately 100 hours of service) provides shore-independent power. Dometic air conditioning and heating systems maintain climate control, while Garmin electronics and Raymarine autopilot handle navigation and steering automation. Interior seating and surfaces have been refreshed with Sea Deck material.
