This 2005 Everglades 243 is a 24-foot center console built on the brand's reputation for thick, high-quality RAMCAP fiberglass construction. The boat combines a single 225 hp Yamaha outboard with a removable Cobia tower for sight-fishing capability, making it equipped for both offshore and shallow-water operations. A Bob's Jack Plate installed in 2021 allows fine-tuning of trim and performance, while original Lenco trim tabs remain functional.
The boat features dual Power Pole Blade 2 shallow water anchors added in 2022 for securing position on flats or at anchor. A Minn Kota Riptide 110 lb thrust saltwater trolling motor with Spot-Lock GPS anchoring provides hands-free positioning in wind and current. The Yamaha outboard was repainted in 2022 and has approximately 1,845 hours.
The Magic Tilt trailer was rebuilt in 2019 with Tie Down torsion axles and removable spindles to ease transport. Kodiak stainless steel disc brakes with stainless rotors and ceramic pads offer robust saltwater performance. All four spindles were replaced in 2024 and recent bearing service was completed. The boat cruises at 32 knots and reaches 46 knots top speed.
Included are a Fortress Marine aluminum anchor, Navy T-Top boat cover, neoprene Power Pole covers, and a grey PowerPole brand cover. Original Certificates of Origin are on hand for both the outboard and trailer.
