The 2005 Grady-White Islander 270 is a 27-foot walkaround designed for serious fishing and cruising in Pacific Northwest waters. Twin Yamaha 300-horsepower engines power the boat, which has an 8.5-foot beam and fiberglass hull suited to both Puget Sound and open water. The design emphasizes practical seating and storage throughout the cockpit and cabin areas.

The boat carries a live well and bait well for fishing, along with Scotty downriggers for trolling. Navigation and fish-finding electronics include a 12-inch Garmin mapping and fish-finder display plus radar. The trailerable design lets owners haul the boat when slip space is limited.
