2005 Johnson 87' Motor Yacht

This 87-foot Johnson motor yacht is built on a fiberglass hull with the distinctive Bill Dixon design, recognized by its iconic upper and lower vertical windows. Powered by twin Caterpillar C32 diesel engines producing 3,350 horsepower combined, she cruises at 16 knots and reaches a maximum speed of 19 knots. The 23.5-foot beam is notably wide for her class, creating interior volume and deck space that rival much larger yachts.

The layout includes six staterooms and seven heads, arranged in a traditional American-style configuration with a spacious country kitchen, generous salon, and large aft deck. The bow features a full sun pad and seating area. Four separate boarding areas and wide walk-around side decks complement the main deck, while a flybridge and raised pilothouse offer additional outdoor space and sightlines.

The yacht is equipped with ABT Trac fins for stabilization, hydraulic bow and stern thrusters, and Dockmate wireless control for navigation from multiple locations onboard. Steering stations are positioned on the aft main deck, flybridge, and raised pilothouse. In 2025, both Northern Lights generators were serviced mechanically and fitted with new hour meters. All engine services are current.

The interior features custom wood finishes and furnishings throughout. Extensive refitting has been undertaken over recent years, with significant investment in upgrades and ongoing maintenance. The yacht comfortably accommodates four couples.
