This 2005 Lifetimer 3540 is a 35-foot offshore pilothouse built from heavy-gauge welded aluminum for serious Alaska and Pacific Northwest operation. The construction is substantially heavier and more structurally reinforced than standard recreational aluminum boats of this size, with a deep-V hull, high freeboard, and 10.5-foot beam designed for rough water and offshore use. A single Volvo Penta D6-350 diesel with Duo Prop drive provides primary propulsion, supported by a Yamaha 25HP high-thrust kicker equipped with Bluetooth steering. The boat carries approximately 2,300 hours on the main engine and includes spare parts: a lower unit for the primary engine, a brand-new Yamaha 25 lower unit, and two spare starting motors.

The enclosed pilothouse provides excellent visibility and weather protection with a large forward V-berth, convertible dinette sleeping area, extensive storage, and suspension helm seating. A Wallas diesel cook stove and Red Dot forced-air heater support year-round operation. The galley includes a stainless steel sink and 55-gallon freshwater tank. Dual navigation stations—forward with a full Simrad electronics package and aft with a Lowrance HDS9—support trolling, docking, and offshore fishing. A portable toilet, deck washdown pump, and Flojet sump system complete the functional layout.

The aft deck is self-bailing with a welded aluminum overhead cover, integrated life jacket storage, wide working area, and swim-step access. Fishing equipment includes a crab pot puller, two Scotty electric downriggers, and integrated rod holders. The boat carries 240 gallons of fuel across twin tanks, managed by a 12-volt Maxwell anchor winch with 60 feet of chain and 240 feet of rode. Four batteries—two house and two starting—power the systems, along with dual Rule 2000 bilge pumps. The deck features welded handrails, wide side decks for movement, and a commercial-style welded aluminum hardtop with extended aft roof coverage.
