This 45-foot Sea Ray 420 Sundancer is built on a deep-V fiberglass hull with prop pockets and a 14-foot beam, delivering the classic express cruiser styling that defined the model during its production years. Two Cummins diesel engines produce 900 horsepower combined and had logged 1,050 hours at the time of description. The boat carries an extended hydraulic swim platform for water access and a custom-fabricated aluminum hardtop extension with canvas covering that provides additional shade and headroom in the cockpit area.
The interior layout includes two staterooms with privacy doors opening to the salon, and two heads. The master stateroom and salon are finished with high-gloss cherry joinery, Ultraleather seating, and designer fabrics. The galley features a full suite of appliances including an under-counter refrigerator/freezer and Corian countertops. The forward head is a dry compartment with a separate shower space. Air conditioning units are installed in the master stateroom, salon, and cockpit.
The boat was originally delivered with all available Sea Ray options and upgrades. Navigation and entertainment systems include Raymarine electronics, autopilot, HD color radar, FLIR night-vision camera, and an audio system. A bow thruster is fitted for maneuvering. Cockpit upholstery and canvas with Isinglass enclosures are recent replacements. As of December 2025, the bottom received a fresh coat, the aftercooler was serviced, main engine oil and filters were replaced, shaft seals were renewed, and all batteries were new.
