2005 Sea Ray 420 Sundancer

The 2005 Sea Ray 420 Sundancer is a 45-foot fiberglass cruiser powered by twin Cummins 6CTA 8.3 diesel engines rated at 450 hp each. Both engines received new cylinder heads in late 2023 along with alternators, belts, fuel lines, and gaskets as part of a comprehensive engine program. The yacht cruises at approximately 19 knots and reaches a maximum speed near 24.5 knots. Additional mechanical systems include a 9kW Onan diesel generator, 2-inch stainless steel shafts fitted with Tides Marine dripless seals, 22x27 Nibral four-blade props, and Bennett hydraulic trim tabs.

The yacht accommodates guests across two private staterooms and includes two heads with VacuFlush toilets and stall showers. The main salon features cherry cabinetry with new teak flooring, central vacuum, and a vinyl headliner. The galley is equipped with granite countertops, an Isotherm refrigerator and freezer, Kenyon cooktop, and microwave. Climate control is provided by three Cruisair air-conditioning units throughout.

Navigation and entertainment systems include dual Garmin GPSMAP chartplotters with integrated radar, a Raymarine ST7001 autopilot, Raymarine Ray 240 VHF radio, and a depth sounder. The entertainment package features a Fusion stereo with JL Audio speakers, KVH TracVision satellite television, and four flat-screen televisions. A Lofrans windlass with helm and foot controls manages a 44-pound stainless steel Bruce anchor and 150 feet of chain. Additional features include a hydraulic Sea Lift swim platform, aft deck awning, and recent updates to cockpit upholstery, a new cockpit table with integrated cup holders, and a new bow sunpad.
