A 2005 Sunseeker Manhattan 50 with 560 engine hours, this 52-foot motor yacht combines UK build quality with meticulous ownership and regular upgrades. Twin CAT C12 diesel engines producing 1,430 horsepower deliver cruising speeds of 25–26 knots with capability beyond 30 knots. The deep-V hull features prop pockets and has operated exclusively in freshwater since new. Recent work includes new interior flooring, exterior upholstery, and covers, along with a refreshed sound system featuring upgraded Fusion components and subwoofers.

The accommodation plan flows across three cabins and two heads. The full-beam master stateroom occupies the aft section with an island berth, private en-suite head, and separate shower. Forward sits the VIP stateroom with centerline queen berth, private access to its own head, and separate shower. A guest cabin with twin berth bunks and storage completes the sleeping quarters. The main salon features a large U-shaped couch on the starboard side, port bench seating with storage, high-gloss foldable table, and a bar with ice maker. The galley is positioned below the raised lower helm station.

Navigation and control systems are comprehensive. Both helm stations carry Raymarine chartplotters, autopilots, and tri-data displays, with a dedicated radar and engine monitoring setup.
