The 2005 Sunseeker Portofino 53 is a 56-foot motor yacht built to serve equally well as a day boat or extended cruiser. Twin MAN diesel engines deliver 1600 horsepower, driving the boat to a maximum speed of 32 knots and a comfortable cruising speed of 24 knots. The fiberglass hull design offers good manoeuvrability and reliable performance across varying sea conditions.
The main deck centres on a spacious helm area with pilot and co-pilot seating, comprehensive Simrad navigation systems, and abundant sunbathing space at bow and transom. A wet bar with sink and refrigeration sits within easy reach. The retractable sunroof and canopy provide flexible shade and ventilation. Below, three cabins accommodate guests: a master with en-suite head, a twin cabin, and a bunk cabin, all finished in gloss cherry wood. Amidships sits a fully equipped galley with dining table and seating area. A second head serves the accommodation.
Equipment includes a Kohler generator, air conditioning, Fusion audio system with speakers, bow thruster, yacht controller, underwater lights, cockpit shower, and swimming ladder. A tender garage with winch system carries an AVON 320 tender. The teak cockpit is complemented by new teak on the passarelle. The hull received a fresh coat of blue paint in June 2025, with new exterior cushions and a freshly painted garage door in white. Ten batteries were replaced in 2024.
