2005 Tiara Yachts 4400 Sovran

This 2005 Tiara Yachts 4400 Sovran is a 50-foot express cruiser built on a fiberglass hull with a beam of 14 feet 6 inches. Twin Cummins QSM11 diesel engines power the boat, which carries approximately 525 gallons of fuel, 118 gallons of fresh water, and a 50-gallon holding tank. The engines have logged around 1,050 hours, with a 1,000-hour service completed. A 10kW generator and inverter provide onboard power, supported by a new Smart Battery Charger.

The accommodations include two cabins and two heads. The master stateroom features a large berth with storage drawers, teak and holly flooring, two hanging lockers, and private access to an ensuite head with VacuFlush toilet, enclosed shower, and full vanity. The guest cabin offers upper and lower bunks, a washer-dryer combo, and vanity with sink, with access to a second head equipped with VacuFlush and shower. The main salon combines an L-shaped dinette, starboard sofa, and recliner, with new headliners and wall paneling, teak and holly flooring, air conditioning and heat, and entertainment including a TV and Bose surround sound system.

The galley is outfitted with a new refrigerator and freezer, microwave, built-in coffee maker, Corian countertops, double sink, and two-burner stovetop. The helm station includes Simrad AP26 autopilot, bow thruster, Glendinning electronic controls, Fusion stereo, and a TV. The aft cockpit features a hydraulic table, padded coaming, large bench seating with canvas covers, transom boarding doors, a swim platform, and transom garage. Deck systems include anchor windlass, saltwater and freshwater washdown, and a cockpit shower. Updated electronics and Starlink are installed throughout.
