The 2006 Bluewater 2850 is a 31-foot center console built on a composite hull with twin 300-horsepower Suzuki engines. The boat underwent a significant refit in 2019 that included a complete engine replacement and now runs approximately 210 hours on the new powerplants.
The boat is equipped for serious offshore fishing. It features a 1,200-quart forward kill box, four fully insulated fish boxes, and a massive in-floor livewell. TACO carbon outriggers with a shotgun center rigger are installed for trolling operations.
Electronics include Furuno navigation systems with radar and NavNet plotters. A premium JL Audio sound system completes the setup. The boat rides on a Loadmaster trailer that underwent a full overhaul during the refit and has traveled less than 100 miles since completion.
