This 2006 Carolina Classic 32 is a twin-diesel sportfisher built on a fiberglass hull measuring 32 feet in length with a 13-foot beam. Power comes from two Cummins QSB 425 engines producing 850 horsepower combined, with approximately 2,900 hours on the engines. Recent propeller work and new impellers were completed in 2024, and annual engine maintenance has just been finished.
The boat is outfitted with extensive electronics and navigation systems, including dual Raymarine Axiom 12-inch displays, a Raymarine Axiom 7-inch unit in the tower, Mercury Vessel View, Raymarine autopilot, and open radar. A second helm station is mounted in the tower. Audio entertainment includes a JL Audio sound system with Fusion head unit. The boat features a 5-kilowatt Westerbeke genset with battery charger and reverse cycle heat and air conditioning.
Fishing features include Lee Pro Series outriggers with a center rigger, two floor fish boxes, and plumbing for tuna tubes. Deck amenities include underwater lights and a windlass anchor system. The interior includes galley and head counters finished in Corian, teak and holly sole flooring, and a hanging locker. One head is aboard.
Significant updates in recent years include a new Westerbeke genset installed in 2020 with 450 hours, new helm steering unit, replaced and upgraded refrigerator, new strata glass enclosure with updated upholstery and coaming pads, all completed in 2020. In 2019, the engines were pulled, repainted, and all hoses were replaced, with new engine mounts installed that year. Annual ceramic coating is maintained on the hull.
