2006 Catalina 320

The 2006 Catalina 320 is a fiberglass sailing yacht 32 feet long and 11.75 feet in beam. This MK I model benefits from several design features that were incorporated near the end of California production, including an upgraded 29 horsepower Yanmar diesel engine and increased 51-gallon water capacity. The boat carries a single cabin forward and a second cabin aft, with one head, and the interior woodwork and cushions remain in notably good condition. Innerspring mattresses in both cabins were fitted during an earlier upgrade period.

On deck, the yacht features a conventional layout with a new North roller furling mainsail installed in 2025 and canvas in very good condition, with Eisenglass recently replaced. The running rigging underwent substantial renewal in 2024 and 2025. Additional recent work includes new batteries, a custom binnacle and wheel cover, and a new Raritan head.

The 320 is known for its straightforward, practical design—a quality evident throughout this example. The combination of thoughtful recent maintenance and solid interior condition reflects steady care and use as a family cruising boat.
