2006 Chaparral Signature 290

This 2006 Chaparral Signature 290 is a 30-foot cruiser built on a fiberglass hull with a 10-foot beam. Twin Volvo Penta 5.0 GXi-F engines power the boat, which reaches 35 knots at top speed and cruises at 25 knots. New manifolds and risers have been installed. A Kohler 5kW generator, cabin heating and air conditioning, and trim tabs are included.

The cockpit spans the full width with wraparound seating, a wet bar with sink and storage, and a stowable transom bench. The helm features dual wide bolster seats with a tilt steering wheel. A snap-in cockpit floor and radar arch with overhead lights support daily operation. Navigation equipment includes a VHF radio, Lowrance depth finder, and GPS. The swim platform has a boarding ladder and walk-around deck design.

Below deck, the cabin sleeps six across three berthing areas: a forward V-berth that converts to dinette-style seating, a full-size mid-cabin berth, and an aft double berth. The galley includes cabinet storage, a microwave, single-burner electric stovetop, and refrigerator with solid surface countertops. The head compartment has a sink, Vacu Flush toilet, and mirror. A cedar-lined closet provides storage, and vented aft cabin windows aid ventilation.

The boat is equipped with an isinglass enclosure in good condition, a cockpit cover, and a sun lounge deck pad. A 10,000 BTU air conditioning system, electric cabin table, rod holders, and remote spotlight round out the standard features.
