This 2006 CNB 117 is a 117-foot composite sailing yacht designed by Philippe Briand with interior styling by Andrew Winch. She is powered by a single 415-horsepower MTU diesel engine, achieving a cruising speed of 11 knots and a maximum speed of 13 knots. The yacht accommodates four cabins and four heads, making her suitable for extended cruising with family or guests.
The boat received the International Superyacht Society award in 2006 for Best Sail & Design in the 23–36 metre category. She was built to VERITAS and MCA standards, enabling commercial yacht registration if desired. A complete refit was undertaken in 2017 and 2018, addressing systems throughout the boat. The yacht is classed with RINA and carries sophisticated electrical, hydraulic, electronic, and mechanical systems appropriate to her size and intended use.
The design prioritizes seaworthiness and liveability for extended offshore passages, remote anchorages, and regattas. Currently the yacht requires no anticipated work and is ready to sail.
