2006 Cruisers Yachts 420 Express

The 2006 Cruisers Yachts 420 Express is a 43-foot fiberglass motor yacht built around entertaining and social gathering. Twin Volvo Penta D6-IPS500 pod drives deliver 740 horsepower, complemented by a bow thruster for responsive docking. The boat carries a 9-kW Onan generator, Xantrex inverter system, and full navigation electronics including Raymarine E120 multifunction display with chartplotter, radar, and fishfinder, plus Raymarine VHF with AIS. An electric windlass with 200 feet of all-chain rode and autopilot round out the power systems. The engines have approximately 300 hours since a top-end rebuild, with lower-end hours around 2,300.

The expansive cockpit accommodates twelve guests in one connected space and includes a fully equipped wet bar with refrigerator, ice maker, and sink. The helm offers commanding visibility with dual flip-up bolster seating and a port-side convertible companion seat that rotates to form a lounge. Large L-shaped seating with storage beneath, a transom storage locker, and a self-draining platform storage complete the outdoor layout. A center walkthrough leads safely to the bow pad and windlass foot controls. The hot and cold transom shower and dual-color underwater lights add functionality and ambiance.

Below, the salon opens into a wide, light-filled space anchored by port-side built-in bar with wine fridge and bottle storage, flat-screen television, and L-shaped seating with expandable dining table. The galley features full stainless steel refrigerator and separate freezer, stainless steel microwave and convection oven, two-burner touch control stovetop, and deep dual sinks with new stainless faucet. Rich cherry wood interior finishes throughout. The aft cabin's queen convertible bed with pull-around curtain provides private sleeping quarters for guests. The forward V-berth holds a full queen island bed with custom mattress, cedar-lined hanging lockers, under-bed storage, and flat-screen television. Two heads serve the accommodation with one offering full shower and macerator toilet. New canvas and isinglass, updated cockpit upholstery, and upgraded speakers and sound system complete the recent updates.
