2006 Dolphin 460

The 2006 Dolphin 460 is a 46-foot fiberglass catamaran designed for long-range cruising and performance sailing. With twin Volvo Penta diesel engines of 90 horsepower each, she achieves a cruising speed of 6 knots and a maximum speed of 9.5 knots. The hull features daggerboards for improved upwind capability and a semi-custom design that prioritizes strength and efficiency alongside comfort for extended voyages.

The yacht accommodates three cabins and two heads, making her suitable for family or extended cruising. The saloon layout emphasizes liveaboard comfort and practical space management typical of the 460 platform.

Recent upgrades include a new starboard Volvo D2-50 engine installed in 2023 with transferable warranty coverage through 1,500 hours, a Cruise RO watermaker added in 2023, new saloon settee upholstery from 2022, a new sail cover, a new dodger, and new hydraulic steering pistons installed in 2025.
