2006 Formula 40 Performance Cruiser

The Formula 40 Performance Cruiser is a 40-foot fiberglass offshore express built for comfort and speed. Twin Yanmar diesel engines producing 880 horsepower combined deliver a cruising speed of 22–24 knots, with top speed in the low 30s. The beam of 12.67 feet provides a stable platform and contributes to the interior volume.

Below deck, the cabin showcases high-gloss cherry cabinetry and Ultraleather upholstery throughout, with headroom of 6 feet 7 inches. The galley is fully equipped with a round stainless-steel sink, under-counter refrigeration, Corian countertop, and substantial storage. A crescent-shaped dinette features a solid cherry table and two fixed stools for casual dining.

The mid-cabin area aft of the salon steps down to a convertible U-shaped lounge with seating for six and pocket doors that provide privacy as a separate stateroom. A walk-through windshield grants easy foredeck access, while the aft cockpit features a U-shaped lounge that converts to a large sun pad. The extended swim platform is rated to support a personal watercraft.
