This 2006 Gibson 50 Cabin Yacht is a fiberglass houseboat powered by twin Crusader engines producing 850 horsepower combined. Built for extended cruising and liveaboard use, the boat has been extensively customized and upgraded since its original ownership, with major work completed at the Gibson factory and Green Turtle Bay Marina.
The interior is fitted with substantial systems for self-sufficient operation. An 800 amp-hour lithium battery bank supports the boat's electrical needs, paired with solar charging capability. Fresh water is managed through both a water maker and reverse osmosis drinking system. Creature comforts include a Miele washer and dryer, and internet connectivity via Starlink. The layout accommodates full-time living with multiple cabins and heads throughout.
The boat has seen considerable use on the Great Lakes, with cruising experience on Lake Huron, the North Channel, and Georgian Bay. It is currently stored on the hard in Alpena, Michigan during the offseason.
