2006 Mainship 40 Trawler

This 2006 Mainship 40 Trawler is a fiberglass trawler powered by a single 370-horsepower Yanmar diesel engine. The boat features bow and stern thrusters with remote controls, dual roller pulpit with stainless steel Sampson post, and 316L stainless steel rails, hatches, and portlights throughout. The flybridge includes a new large-screen Garmin GPS and recently updated cushioning, with ample seating and relaxation space. An optional summer kitchen with grill, sink, and icemaker is positioned aft of the centerline helm.

The interior showcases solid cherry wood cabinetry, drawers, and tables, with an optional cherry and holly sole. The extended salon features an Ultra leather sofa, Bose audio entertainment system, and flat-screen TV. The galley on the starboard side includes a full-size dual-voltage refrigerator and freezer, microwave, three-burner range with oven, and coffee maker, with dedicated storage for dishes and an under-counter trash receptacle. A port-side dinette seats four with a bench and two chairs.

Accommodations include a master stateroom with a centerline queen berth and extensive storage, plus a second stateroom with two single berths and optional desk arrangement. The head features a separate stall shower and is accessible from both the master stateroom and companionway. Wide, lighted recessed walkways with overhead protection connect the covered aft deck to the foredeck for safe movement.

Recent work has included multiple updates and servicing. The generator shows approximately 850 hours. Deck features include wide molded steps to the aft deck, and an optional windlass for anchor retrieval. A ditch bag with EPIRB is included. A haul-out and propeller replacement with new zincs are scheduled.
