This 2006 Monterey 290 Cruiser is a 31-foot fiberglass cruiser with a modified V-hull and 19-degree dead rise. Twin Volvo Penta 5.0 OSI inboard-outboard engines with low hours (563 on each) deliver cruising speeds around 27 mph and top speeds to 40 mph.
