The 2006 Myacht 4313 is a 42-foot aluminum houseboat built for comfortable on-water living. Twin Mercury 120 hp gasoline engines provide propulsion, and the boat features one full bedroom, one head, and extensive storage throughout. The dual upper deck bimini tops provide shaded outdoor space ideal for entertaining and taking in water views.
Recent updates include a completely rebuilt upper deck, now flat and flush after removing the original ceiling-mounted air conditioning units. Two Hessaire mini-split ductless units now handle cooling—one for the main living area and one for the bedroom—with effective climate control throughout. New exterior carpet covers the front and stern decks as well as the side passages. Interior flooring has been replaced, and the kitchen underwent a full renovation with new cabinetry, backsplash, range, sink, microwave, and countertop.
Additional improvements include new mirror-tinted sliding glass doors on the forward and stern decks for privacy. A ProMariner 20 amp three-bank marine battery charger is installed. The fuel tanks and generator have been emptied and are ready for use. The lower deck provides direct water access, making the boat suitable for water sports and fishing activity.
