2006 Nordic Tug 42

The Nordic Tug 42 is a 44-foot fiberglass trawler built on a hard-chine semi-displacement hull with full keel protection for the rudder and propeller. Hand-laid fiberglass construction and a low center of gravity deliver a stable, quiet ride in rough conditions. A single Cummins C Series diesel engine producing 470 horsepower drives the boat to 18 knots at top speed, with cruising efficiency at 14 knots or extended range capability at 9 knots burning less than 3 gallons per hour.

The pilothouse sits prominently on deck with a large chart table, ship-style helm, and 360-degree visibility, with direct access to surrounding deck space. Below, the layout includes a spacious walk-around queen stateroom with private head, a guest stateroom with its own head, a U-shaped galley, and a generous salon for living and entertaining.

The boat has been operated on fresh water only and comes extensively equipped throughout.
