The 2006 Sabre 36 is a fiberglass downeast cruiser built with a hard top flybridge and twin 370 horsepower Yanmar diesel engines. The boat cruises at 20 knots and reaches a maximum speed of 22 knots. The twin diesels have logged approximately 475 hours. An Onan 9.0 kW generator provides auxiliary power, backed by newly upgraded VICTRON charger and inverter systems installed in 2025.
The interior features custom cherry woodwork throughout, with cherry, teak, and holly sole refinished in the salon and galley. The galley includes upgraded refrigeration. Accommodation consists of one cabin with one head. Dual helms provide control from both the enclosed flybridge and the salon. The flybridge features new Stratglass and isenglass panels, a full hard top enclosure, helm and electronics covers, and exterior window sun covers with individual wiper blade covers.
Navigation and entertainment systems include SIMRAD electronics, autopilot, radar, Raymarine depth sounder, and a Fusion stereo. The straight shaft drives incorporate dripless shaft seals. Dual Racor fuel filters protect the engines, and a Reverso oil change pump eases maintenance. The deck shows no crazing. A new Dometic variable-speed HVAC system was installed in 2025. The 36-foot beam measures 12.5 feet.
