The 2006 Salona 45 is a Croatian-built cruising and racing sailboat designed for offshore capability and performance. Built to CE Category A Ocean standards, it combines a light displacement hull with powerful rig and modern racing hardware including a race keel with 2.54m draft, Harken furling system, Harken mainsheet, and rod rigging. The deck carries Harken jib tracks, removable Sparcraft bowsprit, and additional Harken winches. Sails include a full-batten Dacron mainsail at 55 m², a 150% furling genoa at 70 m² with UV protection, lazy bag and jacks, and a complete regatta sail set available upon request.
The yacht is powered by a Yammer 54 hp diesel engine with Saildrive and three-blade folding propeller. Engine hours logged at 1,610.
