2006 Sea Ray 240 Sundancer

The 2006 Sea Ray 240 Sundancer is a 24-foot, 6-inch fiberglass cruiser powered by a single MerCruiser 350 MAG MPI engine rated at 300 horsepower. The boat features a two-tone gelcoat finish in pewter and white. It comes equipped with a custom Phoenix tandem-axle welded-tube trailer fitted with four-wheel disc brakes, aluminum tread plates, and chrome wheels.

The cockpit layout centers on a double-wide helm seat with flip-up thigh rise bolster, port-side companion seating with swing-out table, and a ¾-width aft bench seat with storage below. A wet bar sits behind the captain's seat, and a port-side walk-through transom passage with door provides access aft. The helm is outfitted with a tilt wheel, Uniden VHF radio, compass, Smartcraft tachometer with digital engine information and depthfinder, speedometer, oil pressure, temperature, fuel, and power trim gauges. An in-dash Clarion AM/FM/CD stereo with Sirius and auxiliary input includes a wired remote control, with an additional transom remote.

Below deck, the cabin offers a forward V-berth with filler cushion and dinette table, a full galley with microwave, freshwater sink, single-burner propane stove, and dual-voltage refrigerator. A mid-cabin provides a second sleeping area, while a starboard-side enclosed head includes a pump-out toilet, freshwater sink, and shower. A large opening deck vent hatch with skyscreen and cover, three opening portlight windows, and 12-volt lighting provide natural light and air circulation. Grand Isle maple cabinetry and a hanging locker offer storage, with an additional trash receptacle under the cabin steps.

Additional features include a finished fiberglass cockpit liner with snap-down carpet, dockside power panel with 110-volt outlet and dual-bank battery charger, five-inch remote-control spotlight, bow anchor locker with roller, dual battery system with switch, automatic fire suppression in the engine compartment, hot water heater with exchanger, dockside water inlet, stainless steel ski tow eye, and Sunbrella Bimini shade top with full camper enclosure and snap-down cockpit cover. The boat has recorded only 178 engine hours.
