2006 Sea Ray SLX 250

The 2006 Sea Ray SLX 250 is a 25-foot bowrider with a single 350 hp MerCruiser engine and Bravo 3 stern drive. The boat features a hard t-top with integrated tow points for water sports, a fixed arch, and a bimini for shade. The fiberglass hull sits on a beam of 8.5 feet. The engine block, risers, and manifolds were replaced in 2021 and have logged fewer than 200 hours since. Engine access is straightforward thanks to a hydraulic hatch lift that opens to the sun lounger, providing clear sight lines to batteries, exhaust, and grey water systems.

The aft sun lounger accommodates two adults or four children comfortably. A swim platform with a collapsible ladder simplifies re-boarding after water activities. The boat includes an enclosed head with an electric toilet, pressure water system with a sink, and an outdoor shower on the swim platform—equipment that extends comfortable day use or weekend trips on the water.

Recent upgrades include a new stereo system installed in 2024, four new speakers from 2023, and most canvas replaced in 2023. A new starter, shift cable bellows, starting battery, and bilge pump were fitted in 2025. The boat was consistently covered and stored on a lift throughout its history until moving to fresh water on Lake Simcoe three years ago. The fiberglass hull reflects this careful stewardship.
